1. General

JoneStick is a family-operated business located in Highland, Utah, offering handmade goods and local neighborhood services.

2. Homemade Food Act Disclaimer

Under the Utah Home Consumption and Homemade Food Act, our sourdough cinnamon rolls and baked goods are produced in a home kitchen. They are "Not for Resale – Processed and prepared without the benefit of state or local inspection".

3. Booking and Cancellations (Local Services)

• Swim Lessons & Fancy Nails: All services are by appointment only.
• Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a service.
• Service Areas: Some services may be restricted to specific zip codes in the Highland/Lehi area. We reserve the right to cancel bookings made outside our designated service area.

4. Local Pickup (Handmade Goods)

Our baked goods are perishable and are currently available for local Saturday morning pickup only. Orders must be placed by the designated weekly cutoff time to ensure freshness.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Goods: Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods and the personal hygiene nature of our chapsticks and balms, physical products are non-refundable.
• Services: Refunds for services will be handled on a case-by-case basis, provided the 24-hour cancellation policy was followed.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
